Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients seeking detoxification services, gathering detailed histories and understanding their emotional and social needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression, utilizing solution-focused therapies.

• Carry out therapeutic interventions including individual counseling, group therapy sessions, and crisis intervention, facilitating positive outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team comprising physicians, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in social work practices, applying new knowledge to improve client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
