Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients entering the detox program to evaluate their strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities that align with the clients’ goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions that address clients’ emotional and psychological challenges.

• Provide ongoing vocational, experiential, and family counseling as needed to support clients outside of traditional therapy settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health specialists, including psychiatrists and addiction counselors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate coordination of services with community resources and external referral sources to meet clients' comprehensive needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n
