Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our treatment team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of patients facing various mental health and substance use challenges.

• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual concerns using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic and integrated care.
\n
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.

• Providing psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding treatment options and support resources.
\n
• Staying current with advances in mental health research to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload of patients with an emphasis on achieving treatment goals within stipulated timelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will play a critical role in helping patients navigate their recovery journeys within a supportive and therapeutic framework, ensuring they receive the care they need to improve their well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Social Worker in the state of Arizona.
\n
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of solution-focused therapy modalities and a commitment to best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
\n
• Adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
