Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Safe Space Behavioral Health, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and developing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to tailor interventions that meet the individual needs of your clients.

• Maintaining precise and organized clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and readily accessible.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate cohesive and coordinated patient care.

• Engaging in regular consultation meetings with peers to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and continually enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Staying current with mental health research and advancing your clinical skills by attending workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will encounter a varied clientele that includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
