This position is fully remote, allowing you to tailor your work surroundings to best focus on your patient interactions through telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnose patients' mental health conditions using evidence-based tools and guidelines, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and address the unique challenges faced by each patient to enhance their recovery process.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adjust treatment modalities as needed, utilizing strategies that promote mental well-being and symptom management.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the field.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive and cohesive treatment strategy that aligns with patients’ goals.

• Provide education on mental health, resources for recovery, and support systems available, positioning yourself as a facilitator of care.

• Assist in mentoring and training new staff, interns, or volunteers, which fosters a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and possession of an active LCSW license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.
