Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas requiring intervention.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to develop and execute coordinated treatment plans.

• Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities to engage clients in their healing process.

• Engage in the development of individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences, ensuring their active participation in their care.

• Advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating complex mental health systems to ensure they receive necessary resources and support.
