• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools and evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate positive transformations in clients' lives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring high standards of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse spectrum of clients, including adults, children, and families, who experience various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, trauma, mood disorders, and more. • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Strong competence in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, tailoring treatment interventions to the specific needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture therapeutic alliances with clients.

We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
