• Facilitate responsive parenting skills by actively listening to caregivers' values and concerns, evaluating children's social and emotional needs, and enhancing caregiver confidence through constructive feedback and guidance.

• Deliver treatment modalities tailored to mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, end-of-life transitions, substance use disorders, and coping strategies for chronic pain or injuries, while addressing interpersonal difficulties and behavioral issues.

• Provide expert consultation to multidisciplinary teams, fostering the integration of psychological perspectives into patient care, while ensuring a compassionate approach at all levels of treatment.

• Diligently maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation to comply with healthcare regulations and ensure continuity of care for all patients.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients within hospice settings, often facing life-limiting conditions. You will gain valuable experience interacting with diverse families, focusing on their unique emotional and psychological challenges, and supporting their needs during difficult times. A significant part of this role is to engage with caregivers, providing them with tools and strategies that promote resilience and stability within the family unit.

• A master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Current independent licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the mental health sector, preferably with end-of-life or hospice care scenarios.

• Strong understanding of family dynamics, particularly concerning young children and their specific challenges.

• Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Experience working with underserved populations and familiarity with the diverse socio-economic factors affecting client care.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
