Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, setting achievable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including school counselors, psychologists, and psychiatric providers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to each student's care.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed, equipping students with tools to manage acute distress and promote emotional regulation.

• Facilitate psychoeducational classes and support groups to empower students and their families with coping strategies and mental health awareness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents ranging from kindergarten to high school. You will support students grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and academic pressures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
