This remote position allows the Clinical Social Worker to work collaboratively from home while providing therapy to clients in a school-based environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with adult clients in a school setting, focusing on addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and coping mechanisms related to chronic pain.

• Provide brief therapy sessions for individuals enrolled in the Functional Restoration Program (FRP) to assess their clinical progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for an active caseload, ensuring each client receives personalized care that aligns with their specific needs.

• Deliver clinical interventions based on best practices in pain psychology, employing methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-oriented strategies.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in our EMR system to maintain compliance and facilitate collaborative care among the therapy team.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of clinical practice, ensuring that each client’s rights and dignity are prioritized.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a range of patients, predominantly adults who have suffered work-related injuries and are grappling with the psychological consequences of such incidents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
