Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource networks.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions reflective of each client's needs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and psychologists—ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, maintaining a proactive approach to risk assessment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and therapeutic group sessions promoting community and healing among peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
