Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health statuses of clients.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans based on client needs while considering their cultural context and individual circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on effective coping strategies and frameworks to improve mental health outcomes.

• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document client progress, manage treatment plans, and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to optimize client care through a collaborative healthcare approach.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and be prepared to respond to emergencies with appropriate therapeutic techniques and referrals.

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
