Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and potential barriers to treatment.

• Engage clients in one-on-one therapy sessions, establishing therapeutic goals and monitoring their progress to foster positive outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all individuals seeking support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing individual therapy in various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling is advantageous, especially in adapting therapeutic approaches for online platforms.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and treatments will be an added benefit.
