Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults who are stable and experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This role allows you the opportunity to help clients through a variety of challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth in a supportive manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active state license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Must possess independent licensure to practice without supervision and have no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, along with a high level of computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
\n
• Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct sessions efficiently.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in counseling low-acuity cases or similar populations is a plus.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and familiarity with telehealth service delivery.

• Previous exposure to personalized caseload management and team collaboration.
