Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to evaluate client mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and exercises that promote healing and growth.

• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and refer clients to psychiatrists or other healthcare specialists when required to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines of confidentiality.

• Participate in continual professional development efforts, staying informed about current trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Expressive Expression Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from young individuals grappling with anxiety and academic pressures to adults facing challenges related to life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum four years of related experience in providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
