Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care for clients, facilitating communication regarding treatment progress and necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who experience various emotional and psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid mental health counseling license in California, specifically LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct mental health counseling experience, demonstrating your capability to support individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
