Work Environment\n

This full-time position will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office. You will collaborate with an array of professionals, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and case managers, fostering a true team-based approach to holistic patient care. Standard work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms and determine the severity and impact of mood disorders on their daily functioning.

• Customize and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families pertaining to mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated treatment that addresses both psychological needs and medication management.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and conferences to stay current with advancements in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Advocate for clients and work actively to destigmatize mental health issues within the community.

• Document clinical interactions thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with individuals experiencing various mood disorders. Our clients often seek assistance for conditions such as major depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, and anxiety-related issues. You will engage with diverse populations, including all age groups and cultural backgrounds, requiring an understanding and sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience focusing on mood disorders is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals is highly desirable.

• Eligible candidates will have expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A track record of achieving successful client outcomes in treating mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus will be offered to the successful candidate.
