Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather information on clients' trauma histories and identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience, and overall well-being, utilizing techniques aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist clients in processing trauma.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, ensuring continuity in treatment and support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing trauma-related emergencies, aiding them in navigating their emotional responses effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma recovery, adaptive coping strategies, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding of the healing process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while upholding client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n
