Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and trauma histories, facilitating a personalized approach to their care.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategies. Utilize methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients articulate their experiences, process trauma, develop emotional regulation skills, and connect with their inner strengths.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure that patient care is comprehensive and integrated.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, fostering a strong support system for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, therapeutic processes, and community resources available to aid in recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential.

• A firm understanding of trauma-focused therapeutic approaches and the ability to implement these practices in various clinical settings.

• Demonstrable experience in crisis intervention and supportive therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
