Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gauge client needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients that align with their unique goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, skillfully managing acute distress by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with effective strategies and skills to manage mental health conditions.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly to optimize client progress and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in engaging independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
