Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your preferred environment while maintaining a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and guide treatment plans.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment strategies focusing on trauma recovery, resilience building, and positive mental health outcomes.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions that facilitate trauma processing and the development of effective coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a well-rounded and holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies and equipping patients and families with insights into trauma responses and coping strategies.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, positively impacting treatment continuity and coordination.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings, fostering a learning atmosphere centered around trauma-informed care practices.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance the quality of care we provide.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on trauma survivors, including those grappling with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will work with a diverse clientele within a supportive clinic environment, dedicated to fostering trust and healing through empathetic and individualized care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally involving trauma-focused therapy.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of trauma-related disorders and proven proficiency with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to remain resilient under pressure and effectively navigate high-stress scenarios.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related health technology.
\n
• A collaborative work ethic, prepared to integrate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not required, experience working in community health settings or with specific trauma-focused interventions will be beneficial. Familiarity with current trends in trauma therapy and mental health care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
