Life Rhythm Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate team in providing specialized mental health support to individuals affected by trauma. This role is pivotal in facilitating the healing and recovery journey of our patients, focusing on trauma-informed therapeutic approaches within a remote outpatient setting.

Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can still engage in meaningful connections with clients. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine the most effective treatment modalities.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that center on trauma recovery, resilience building, and personal growth.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop adaptive coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate care is accessible.

• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and the array of resources available to support recovery.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, as well as engaging in clinical supervision and case consultations.

• Participating in ongoing professional development activities, team meetings, and keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals impacted by trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and other distressing life events. We recognize that trauma manifests uniquely in every person, and our dedicated therapists focus on crafting individualized treatment plans that validate each client’s experience and foster resilience through evidence-driven strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-associated disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach when engaging with patients.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and a firm grasp of relevant technological tools for effective patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we celebrate the unique journey of every therapist. Exceptional candidates who may have unique experiences or advanced training in trauma-focused therapies will also be strongly considered. Experience in crisis intervention and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
