Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate deep healing processes.

• Running individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote overall healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring patients receive holistic support throughout their recovery journey.

• Offering crisis intervention services and immediate support for patients during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your preparation to handle unpredictable scenarios.

• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A fundamental understanding of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and resilience-focused approaches.

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach emphasizing non-judgmental support and understanding.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect deeply with patients on their recovery paths.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, as well as those who can manage high-stress situations with composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
