The standard work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each client’s history and identify tailored treatment paths.

• Develop, execute, and modify individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in delivering ongoing treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients can share experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for each patient.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies with crisis intervention techniques and offer immediate support.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote understanding and recovery.

• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping, complying with legal and ethical standards in documentation.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance trauma-informed practices.

• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in trauma therapy to provide high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of individuals impacted by trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their healing journeys through personalized care that acknowledges the unique nature of their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly in trauma-focused settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting top talent and includes an annual salary between $90,000 and $110,000.
