This full-time position focuses on providing specialized mental health care for individuals affected by trauma, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need on their journey toward healing and recovery.

Work Environment\n

This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being a crucial part of a supportive and innovative mental health care team. Our practice embraces flexibility, so while there is a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, adjustments to your hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's trauma history and tailor treatment plans to their specific needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus not only on recovery from trauma but also on nurturing resilience and positive coping mechanisms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma, develop essential coping strategies, and rebuild their lives.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to provide integrated care that maximizes effective treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during traumatic emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely help and guidance.

• Educate patients and families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and the resources available at our center to enhance their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
