Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of patients’ trauma history to tailor appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide therapeutic practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote their overall healing journey.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care to our patients, ensuring consistency in therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
