Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions and assessments from the comfort of your chosen workspace while maintaining a work-life balance. Our telehealth focus ensures that you will utilize modern technology platforms to connect with clients, facilitate therapy sessions, and engage in team collaboration. The operational hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although some evening shifts may be necessary based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at overcoming substance use challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, to guide individual counseling sessions.

• Lead group therapy sessions designed to foster community support and encouragement among participants in their recovery journeys.

• Work collaboratively with medical professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that addresses both psychological and physical aspects of recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention support, effectively responding to emergencies that pertain to substance use while ensuring client safety.

• Educate both patients and their families about addiction, therapeutic strategies, and valuable community resources that can assist them in their recovery process.

• Maintain precise documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with professional ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with industry best practices and participating in team meetings and case consultations.

You will primarily work with individuals battling substance use disorders, ranging from initial stages of recovery to ongoing maintenance. The clients we serve often come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges, requiring careful and empathetic interaction tailored to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field is required. Candidates must possess valid licensure such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy within addiction recovery contexts, demonstrating sensitivity to the complexities of these issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
