The role is designed to be remote, allowing professionals the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our community health clinic. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though some evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
