Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work primarily with adults experiencing substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and drug addiction. Clients may come from various backgrounds, and you will need to tailor your approach to meet their diverse needs, fostering trust and openness throughout the therapeutic process. Your role is pivotal in guiding them toward recovery, resilience, and a healthier lifestyle.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions within the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses. A sign-on bonus may also be available.
