Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support through telehealth services. All clients receive a thorough screening prior to engagement, ensuring that you work primarily with stable adults who present with low acuity issues. This allows you to concentrate on therapeutic approaches that are constructive and effective, contributing positively to overall client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in treating mood disorders is greatly preferred, and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be highly valued. A comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and collaboration skills with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, is also encouraged.
