Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Strong skills in effective communication, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth systems to ensure seamless operations during client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the role comes with a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
