Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their substance abuse history and related mental health concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that strategically address both addiction issues and any underlying mental health factors.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to promote client engagement and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with other team members including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to deliver integrated and cohesive care.

• Involve and educate clients’ families to foster a supportive caring network for clients during their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate treatment records and case notes in strict compliance with state licensing regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also experience co-occurring mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse demographics, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each client. Your role is crucial in helping clients not only to address their substance use but also to heal holistically.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD .

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or demonstrated experience in addiction counseling, with a strong understanding of recovery methodologies.

• Proven knowledge of best practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, alongside a demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage clients during their recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
