Work Environment\n

This position primarily offers a remote working setting, allowing you to connect with clients virtually while maintaining a schedule that supports work-life balance. However, you will also collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts as dictated by patient needs. We prioritize flexibility and responsiveness to our clients’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs, strengths, and treatment goals of clients seeking support for substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy in addiction treatment contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, reflecting a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
