Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with patients facing co-occurring disorders, including those with chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use disorders. This role requires a nuanced understanding of how these conditions intertwine with mental health issues, providing tailored support that significantly contributes to the recovery and quality of life of our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in treating mental health issues within a framework that includes co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong collaborative skills with a proven track record of working effectively alongside healthcare professionals.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building rapport with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of experience in mental health counseling, with particular focus on integrated care settings. Experience working with diverse populations and complex cases will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary between $75,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
