As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist working from home, you will utilize telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting mental wellness, including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments that include evaluating how medical conditions impact a patient’s mental well-being.

• Developing and implementing individualized and integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs.

• Collaborating with medical professionals to facilitate coordinated care through regular communication and case reviews.

• Delivering crisis intervention and support in urgent mental health situations promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to autoimmune disorders, substance use issues, and chronic pain. You will be at the forefront of developing tailored treatment strategies that address not only mental health concerns but also assist in promoting overall wellness for these patients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• A firm understanding of ethical guidelines related to mental health practice, ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Competency in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to document interactions and track patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
