This full-time role is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on high-quality patient care. Though the majority of work will be done from home, we maintain a supportive online community, encouraging seamless communication among team members. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physicians, and administrative staff, all aiming to provide holistic health services. Your schedule will include regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening shifts required to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the patient's medical history and current health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate both psychiatric and medical care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular collaboration with medical staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
