Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, promoting a structured schedule conducive to both work-life balance and client focus.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' unique mental health and substance use issues, ensuring accurate identification of co-occurring disorders.

• Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies to address both mental health and substance use challenges.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with essential coping skills, techniques for emotional regulation, and relapse prevention strategies.

• Engage in regular coordination of care with a multidisciplinary team—this includes ongoing communication with psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure integrated treatment.

• Employ motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate engagement and support clients in their recovery journey.

• Educate clients and their families about the complexities of co-occurring disorders and provide guidance on the importance of adherence to treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation regarding treatment progress and interventions, complying with both ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and engage in continued professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatments for co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
