Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to understand their concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses when necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s specific needs.

• Offer various forms of therapy, including individual, group, and family sessions, adapting your approach to foster client engagement and effectiveness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Communicate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating for the needs of clients wherever necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and staying current with advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
