This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive telehealth mental health services aimed at patients grappling with complex medical and psychiatric needs.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care in a setting that works best for you. Our telehealth platform enables you to connect efficiently with patients, adapting to their unique schedules and circumstances. While the primary work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to meet patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse patient population dealing with various co-occurring conditions, including chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your work will have a significant impact on improving the quality of life for individuals who often navigate the challenges of both mental and physical health difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and actively collaborating with medical professionals is highly desirable.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective patient interactions and teamwork.

• Strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
