Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status using standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Broadview, you will work with a diverse population, addressing various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationships challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of four years of related professional experience, showcasing your capacity to handle a range of mental health issues.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities that promote effective client outcomes.

• Proficient in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
