Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and mentor staff, families, and associated stakeholders to ensure a cohesive therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population that reflects the complexities of urban life in Los Angeles. This includes individuals navigating issues related to addiction, homelessness, trauma, PTSD, and various co-occurring disorders. Your role will center on providing compassionate care and individualized strategies to address these unique challenges, empowering clients to improve their mental health and strive for personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in delivering crisis management and mental health services, particularly within community health settings.

• Robust knowledge and experience in addressing addiction issues and their interplay with therapeutic practices.

• Effective communication skills, coupled with a strong respect for colleagues, clients, and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
