Key Responsibilities\n

Our clients may be facing conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and eating disorders, providing a rich variety of experiences that require a responsive and culturally competent approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating a strong background in different mental health disorders.

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
