Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to comprehensively evaluate mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and, depending on qualifications, offer family, marriage, or group counseling services to clients.

• Implement mental health screenings and assessments systematically to ascertain treatment requirements and monitor progress effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide complete care, ensuring that all relevant health issues are addressed.

• Document treatment methodologies, progress notes, and patient interactions meticulously as part of compliance and continuous improvement practices.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives to raise awareness of mental health issues and promote clinic services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will also engage with specific populations such as children, families, and couples who are navigating complex relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation between $120,000 and $130,000.
