Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a current and valid therapeutic license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
