The position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while working in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using established diagnostic criteria to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and recommend appropriate interventions as part of a collaborative treatment plan.

• Deliver various counseling modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the specific needs of our clients to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Regularly monitor and document treatment outcomes in alignment with best practices and institutional policies, utilizing EHR systems for accuracy and compliance.

• Actively participate in continuity of care discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of treatment goals for clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect psychiatric diagnoses and address specific challenges, fostering clients' growth and recovery.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies for effective client treatment and care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The role emphasizes a holistic approach to care, recognizing the importance of addressing both psychological and emotional needs, as well as socio-environmental factors influencing clients’ well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in clinical practice.

• Strong expertise in therapeutic modalities such as Integrative Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
