Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and inform tailored treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client-specific needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute mental health distress, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation about treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments meets ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
