Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credential.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues through individual and group modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish therapeutic rapport and engage meaningfully with clients.
