Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health needs accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass individuals from all walks of life, while our center is especially attuned to the complexities faced by marginalized groups. You'll provide therapeutic services to clients experiencing a variety of emotional challenges, helping them navigate personal hardships, emotional crises, and the intricacies of interpersonal relationships. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by our diverse patient population, you'll tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid licensure in the state of Arizona or jurisdiction, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with individuals confronted by emotional and mental health challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy) would be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with various mental health issues, including substance abuse or chronic mental illness, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
