Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at EvenCare, you will primarily serve patients with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, including those dealing with chronic pain syndromes, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise in navigating both mental and physical health challenges will be essential in delivering effective care and support to a diverse patient demographic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Expertise in treating patients with co-occurring medical conditions and mental health issues.
