Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will embody a holistic approach to mental health care:

• Work closely with clients to create customized treatment plans that encompass their individual needs, aspirations, and feedback.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role is critically focused on supporting a diverse range of clients processing mood-related disorders. This population includes individuals experiencing the challenges of depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will play an essential role in understanding their lived experiences and addressing their specific mental health needs through personalized care and evidence-informed strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) working with clients facing behavioral issues, learning disabilities, and social/emotional disorders is essential.

• A solid understanding of California laws and professional ethical standards is necessary.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check through the FBI and DOJ is required.
\n
• Must provide a current TB test result within the past six months.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000.
